Shrimp and Pasta


Mexi-Cajun Shrimp and Pasta

1/2 cup fresh sweet and mild peppers, chopped

1 T garlic, chopped

1lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 T Mexi-Cajun Seasoning

1 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped 

fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Pasta of choice, cooked al dente (penne pasta pictured)

1 jar pesto/alfredo sauce

Sautée fresh sweet and mild peppers with garlic. Add shrimp and Mexi-Cajun Seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink.

Add pesto/alfredo sauce, fresh chopped tomatoes. Continue to cook over med-lo heat until sauce is thoroughly heated.

Serve over pasta and top with fresh parsley.
